Mr. Khan possesses over twenty-five years of professional experience in the structuring and financing of international investments.
Currently, he is an adjunct professor of law at LUMS university and a partner at the law firm of Cornelius, Lane & Mufti. Previously, he has been a corporate associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Washington, D.C. and with Baker & McKenzie LLP in Riyadh. He also acted as special assistant to the Attorney General of Pakistan for International Disputes.
Mr. Khan was admitted to the New York Bar in 2000. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan, which included a year of study at the London School of Economics.
Mr. Khan has acquired substantial experience across a range of legal systems, including those of the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Qatar, and Pakistan. He is also proficient in classical Arabic.
